Following a massive offseason teardown, general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan and brand-new head coach Jeff Hafley have officially wiped the slate clean for the 2026-27 NFL season.  We dive straight into the roster overhaul that sent shockwaves through South Florida. With Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill, and Jaylen Waddle no longer in town, the Dolphins are aggressively leaning into a ground-up rebuild.

We analyze what the offense will look like under center, tracking the training camp battle for QB1 featuring Malik Willis, and look at how explosive running back De'Von Achane is stepping up to take on a massive leadership role in the backfield.

On the defensive side, we examine how Jeff Hafley plans to build a tough, gritty culture from day one. We shine a light on the standouts from early OTAs, including veteran anchor Zach Sieler, and linebacker Jordyn Brooks.

Finally, we map out a brutal regular-season schedule that features nine games against 2025 playoff teams. From a tough West Coast road trip to open the season against the Raiders and 49ers to a highly anticipated home opener against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, we project Miami's win-loss total and set realistic expectations for year one of the Hafley era.
